3. Choose Viewing Options
Select up to 3 preferred time slots that work best for you.
We will do our best to match your schedule and confirm the earliest available viewing.
4. Wait for Confirmation
Once you’ve submitted your preferred time slots, sit tight—we’ll review availability and notify you as soon as a viewing is confirmed. Keep an eye on your email or dashboard for updates.
5. View on Confirmed Date
Show up at your scheduled time and explore the space in person — no cost, no pressure!
1. Choose Move-in/Out Dates
Select the dates for your intended stay. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required to proceed with booking.
2. Upload 2 IDs
Please upload two valid identification documents to complete your background check. This helps us ensure a safe and trustworthy co-living community.
3. Wait for Approval
Our team will review your submitted documents and verify your background.
You’ll be notified once your application is approved and ready for the next step.
4. Sign the Contract
Once approved, you will receive your rental agreement via DocuSign — a secure, legally binding platform.
5. Pay Deposit
Once signed, Pay deposit to secure your spot
